We are looking for an innovative and analytical AI/ML Expert to join our growing SaaS-based IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that enhance product capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for business and product use cases.
• •Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• •Work on AI-driven features and intelligent automation for SaaS applications.
• •Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model tuning, validation, and evaluation.
• •Build scalable and maintainable ML pipelines for production environments.
• •Monitor model performance and retrain models to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• •Conduct experimentation, A/B testing, and proof-of-concept development for new AI initiatives.
• •Stay updated with latest developments in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
• •3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• •Strong programming skills in Python.
• •Good understanding of ML algorithms, statistical concepts, and model evaluation techniques.
• •Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• •Knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets.
• •Experience in deploying ML models in production environments.
• •Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or computer vision.
• •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps.
