Webstrail is looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our fast-paced product development team. Key Responsibilities

• •Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• •Logic & Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on solid software design principles.
• •Database Management: Design and optimize schemas in MongoDB and understand relational database concepts for complex data handling.
• •AI-First Workflow: Integrate AI productivity tools into your daily workflow for faster prototyping, debugging, and code optimization.
• •Product Thinking: Work closely with the product team to translate requirements into high-performance technical solutions.
• •Agile Participation: Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint cycles, delivering high-quality features in an iterative environment.

Requirements

• •Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• •Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and DOM manipulation.
• •Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
• •Proficiency in NoSQL (MongoDB) fundamentals, including indexing, aggregation pipelines, and data modeling.
• •Familiarity with Git version control and modern frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• •Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted coding (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to enhance development speed.
