Webstrail is at the forefront of the AI-first approach to development, and we are looking for a creative and technical AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role is designed for a hybrid builder—someone who understands the nuances of Python backend development but has mastered the art of "talking" to LLMs to produce high-quality, reliable outputs. You will be responsible for building automated workflows and optimizing AI interactions to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• •Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and refine high-performance prompts for various LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, etc.) to ensure accuracy and safety.
• •AI Automation: Build and maintain intelligent workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Emergent to automate business and development processes.
• •Python Development: Write clean, efficient Python code to integrate AI models into our SaaS products and internal tools.
• •Workflow Orchestration: Utilize modern AI environments like Replit, Devin AI, and Claude Code to accelerate the development lifecycle.
• •Technical Communication: Translate complex product requirements into clear, structured instructions for AI agents and models.
• •Continuous Optimization: Benchmark and evaluate different AI tools and models to determine the best fit for specific use cases.

Requirements

• •1–3 years of hands-on experience with Python, particularly with APIs and data handling.
• •Direct experience with tools such as n8n, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Devin AI, or Zapier.
• •Deep understanding of how LLMs work, including context window management and chain-of-thought prompting.
• •Exceptional written and verbal English skills to draft precise prompts and documentation.
• •Strong logical thinking and a solid grasp of software development principles.
