A dental group-purchasing organization (GPO) that aggregates the buying power of many member practices to negotiate better pricing from dental vendors and suppliers.
The challenge
A GPO's value is leverage — but the operation behind it was manual. Member practices had no central place to see negotiated catalogs and pricing or to order; vendor agreements, rebates, and savings were tracked by hand across spreadsheets and email. As membership grew, the manual model capped how much value the GPO could actually deliver and prove.

What we built
A member-facing platform that turned a spreadsheet operation into software:
- Member portal — onboarding and a single place for each practice to browse catalogs, see negotiated pricing, and order.
- Vendor catalog management — supplier catalogs with GPO-negotiated pricing, kept current in one system.
- Ordering and tracking — members order through the portal instead of by email.
- Savings & rebate reporting — visibility into what membership is actually worth, per practice and across the group — the proof a GPO needs to retain and win members.
