The client

A dental group-purchasing organization (GPO) that aggregates the buying power of many member practices to negotiate better pricing from dental vendors and suppliers.

The challenge

A GPO's value is leverage — but the operation behind it was manual. Member practices had no central place to see negotiated catalogs and pricing or to order; vendor agreements, rebates, and savings were tracked by hand across spreadsheets and email. As membership grew, the manual model capped how much value the GPO could actually deliver and prove.

  • Vendor catalog management — supplier catalogs with GPO-negotiated pricing, kept current in one system.
  • Ordering and tracking — members order through the portal instead of by email.
  • Savings & rebate reporting — visibility into what membership is actually worth, per practice and across the group — the proof a GPO needs to retain and win members.
