Specialized Builds

Dental marketing & SEO software

Dental marketing and SEO work covers the technical builds and integrations that help dental companies get found and convert — SEO-ready sites, landing pages, tracking, and the data plumbing behind campaigns — backed by real engineering rather than a marketing template. It's the technical half of growth, done properly.

Overview

What dental marketing software means for your business

Dental marketing generates an enormous amount of reporting and remarkably little clarity. Agencies report impressions, clicks and form fills; the practice wants to know how many patients arrived, what they were worth, and which spend produced them. Between those two questions sits a gap nobody bridges, so budget gets allocated on the basis of what is easy to measure rather than what works.

Dental marketing and SEO software closes that gap by connecting campaign spend to booked appointments and to production — through call tracking, form and booking attribution, and the practice-management data that shows what a patient was actually worth over time.

We build this for groups big enough that the difference between channels is worth real money, and for whom "we think Google is working" has stopped being an acceptable answer.

Measuring what matters

From click to booked patient to lifetime value

Attribution that reaches the appointment. Sessions, calls and form submissions matched through to a booked appointment and then to production in the practice-management system. Dental buying journeys involve phone calls and delays, so tracking that stops at the form fill systematically undercounts the channels patients actually use.

Call tracking done properly. Most dental enquiries are still phone calls. Dynamic number insertion, recording where permitted, and outcome classification — because a call is not a lead until someone establishes whether it was a new patient, an existing one, or a supplier.

Lifetime value, not cost per lead. The channel with the cheapest leads is frequently not the most profitable one. Tying acquisition source to lifetime value routinely reverses assumptions about where budget should go — two sources producing identical volumes can differ several-fold in what those patients are eventually worth.

Local SEO at scale. For multi-location groups: per-location page management, structured data, NAP consistency, Google Business Profile posting and review generation coordinated centrally but reported per practice.

Content and rankings, tracked to revenue. Position tracking by location and service, competitor visibility, and content performance measured against booked patients rather than sessions.

One dashboard, honestly built. Spend, leads, booked appointments, production and return by channel and location, fed from the data warehouse so marketing numbers reconcile with finance numbers instead of contradicting them at the board meeting.

In practice

Marketing software built to earn patients, not impressions

We build the marketing and SEO tooling dental groups actually need — landing pages, tracking, review generation, and analytics tied to booked appointments and revenue. Everything is measured against new patients, so spend follows what works.

What it covers

How we build it

SEO-ready builds

Fast, structured, built to rank.

Landing pages

Designed and wired to convert.

Tracking & data

Campaign data that actually connects.

Our approach

Built for your reality, run after launch

Map your reality first

We start with a short discovery — your PMS mix, payers, workflows, and the data you already have — so what we build fits how you actually work, not a generic template.

Build it into your stack

We build and integrate it PHI-safe and SOC 2 Type II-aware, wired into the systems your team uses every day, tested against real data rather than a happy-path demo.

Run it after launch

Most engagements continue as a build-and-run retainer — we operate, monitor, and extend it as payers, PMSs, and your business change. It's the part most vendors skip.

Why custom

Why build dental marketing software instead of buying a tool

Off-the-shelf tools assume every dental business is the same. They're not — your PMS mix, payers, and workflows are specific, and a generic tool forces you to change how you work to fit it. A custom build does the opposite: it fits you, integrates with what you already run, and belongs to you.

  • SEO-ready builds. Fast, structured, built to rank.
  • Landing pages. Designed and wired to convert.
  • Tracking & data. Campaign data that actually connects.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do you connect marketing spend to actual patients?

By tracking the full path — session, call or form, then matching to a booked appointment in the practice-management system, then to production over time. Call tracking matters disproportionately in dentistry because a large share of enquiries are still phone calls, and attribution that stops at the form fill misses them entirely.

Is this an agency service or software?

Software. We build the measurement, attribution and reporting infrastructure; you or your agency run the campaigns. Plenty of our clients keep their agency and simply stop having to take its reporting on trust, because the numbers now reconcile against the practice-management data.

Can it handle multi-location local SEO?

Yes, and that is the common case. Per-location pages with genuinely distinct content, structured data, NAP consistency, Google Business Profile management and review generation — coordinated centrally, reported per practice. Duplicated location pages are one of the more common self-inflicted ranking problems in group dentistry.

What about tracking phone calls?

Dynamic number insertion attributes calls to the source that produced them, with recording where permitted and outcome classification so a call becomes a qualified lead only when someone confirms it was a genuine new patient. Without that classification, call volume flatters every channel equally.

How does this compare to Google Analytics?

Analytics tells you about sessions and events on your website. It cannot tell you that the patient who called from a paid ad in March booked in April and has since produced several thousand dollars of treatment. That connection requires joining marketing data to practice-management data, which is the specific thing we build.
